10. Entry into Force and Termination of the Agreement

11. Other Terms
The interpretation, validity, performance and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the country where GuiZhou Snow Shadow Technology CO.,LTC is located. If any provision of this agreement is invalid or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of other provisions.
